As millions of people around the world are protesting police brutality in the wake of George Floyd’s death, the Covid-19 pandemic continues to sweep the nation. Many people are experiencing increased levels of stress and anxiety as a result. We want to encourage you to make mental health a priority and take advantage of resources offered during this time. Below are a few resources we think may be helpful:

1. Open Path Collective

Open Path Psychotherapy Collective is a non-profit nationwide network of mental health professionals dedicated to providing in-office mental health care—at a steeply reduced rate—to individuals, couples, children, and families in need.

2. Healhaus

At HealHaus has a combined diverse healing modalities and practitioners under one roof to provide people with an inclusive space focused on holistic health and wellness. Healhaus is committed to building a community that is dedicated to changing the stigma attached to healing. Healhaus is offering online workshops.

3. Dive in Well

Dive in Well is an organization committed to making wellness more equitable and accessible. They are offering e-books and online workbooks until they reopen.

4. Liberate App

Liberate is the #1 meditation app for the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color community.

5. Headspace

Headspace is an app to help you learn the life-changing skills of meditation in just a few minutes a day. They are currently offering free subscriptions to New York and Los Angeles residents.
